WEN Protocol implements **On-Chain** and **Off-Chain** governance to it's core business and token economy,  **WEN/esWEN** plays the central role in its governance. 

Through WEN Governance module you will be able to:

* Adding/Removing collaterals
* Managing protocol params
* Securing the protocol when emergency

All the above functions could be executed by a multi-sig DAO address which is governed by WEN/esWEN holders.
